When this wonderful little family were only about 4 weeks old at the end of November their "owner" took them all for a drive in a big jeep and when they reached a quiet place the entire family were dumped into a ditch and left there to die along with an older puppy. It was appalling weather - fortunately a lady out walking her dog found them and got them to safety.
All of the 8 pups survived their horrendous ordeal of abandonment and just look at these darlings now, nearly 2 months later, ...they are beautiful, happy, healthy, chunky, lovable pups - all are very bright, alert & intelligent little boys and girls.
They were very fortunate to have been taken in by an experienced fosterer, whose ability to bring on desperately deprived little scraps and turn them into fabulous, healthy, well-socialised little pups is nothing short of magical, and anyone taking on one of these darlings will have to not only promise to keep up these high standards of care, but also to update their fosterer with regular reports on their progress as they grow and develop. This wonderful person, and her lovely adult son have put enormous effort into this litter, and gave up so much over the Festive Season, because for these dedicated people, the needs of their little homeless guests will always come first.
They are waiting for the very best of homes where they will have wonderful fun filled lives and will never again be abandoned and alone. They are going to be at least collie sized when adult, and will need active and committed owners to give them active and interesting lives.
Please pay attention to the criteria listed below BEFORE considering coming to see any of our puppies
Please remember that pups are fun but also LOTS of work. They are a lifetime commitment, and will also be a lifetime of joy IF you raise them and train them right. So do not even consider having one in your life unless you are prepared to be completely responsible for their upbringing and also are the sort of adopter who will see any glitches as challenges rather than problems.
These little lives will literally be in YOUR hands, and it will be your responsibility to bring them along to be happy and well adjusted dogs.
