LILY

£0.00

Please read our Homing Criteria BEFORE applying for any of our dogs.

BREED: Spaniel Type
SEX: Female (Neutered)
AGE: Aprox. 2 Years
SIZE: Small/Medium (9 kg)

Lily is one of a large number of dogs who were seized and confiscated during a combined action by police and animal welfare officials, from a situation that included un-licenced animal breeding and other unrelated criminal activities. Lily was being exploited as a puppy producer and has probably known very little kindness until she was saved and taken into an experienced foster home. She has now come to DBARC to find a permanent loving home.
Lily's fosterer says that Lily is an amazing dog - so sweet and loving, good with everyone including children and great with other dogs. This is so special, given what she has gone through, so now we are keen to find her a home as special as she is! She can be a little possessive over food, particularly with other females - so we would not want to place her with another female dog, perhaps a laid back neutered male would be OK.
Being a spaniel type, Lily is likely to be a very intelligent and active dog. She may have received very little basic training or experience of life, so her adopter will need to be ready to help her to learn. She will need company most of the time.

Please fill in our Application Form if you are interested in adopting this dog

(If the animal’s name does not appear in the drop down box on the form - it means the animal is already reserved)
