This gorgeous puppy is one of an accidentally bred litter, where Mum is a collie and Dad is a Springer Spaniel, both with the same owner, and these puppies are the result. Both parents have now been neutered to prevent future accidents, and all the puppies have been surrendered into rescue.
Sprollies are typically high energy, highly intelligent dogs and these pups are no exception. They have been well-reared and ae extremely sociable with people and very happy and playful youngsters. They will know nothing about the wider world and will not have received basic training, so will need keen and capable adopters to help them catch up. They ae bouncy and joyful babies, but as such would not be a good match with smaller children who might be worried by an enthusiastic puppy jumping all over them.
As well as needing normal puppy training, these pups will be active and intelligent dogs throughout their lifetime and so will need a lifestyle of both mental and physical stimulation.
If you are considering adding this lovely pup to your family, please take a long and very honest look at your time availability both now and in the foreseeable future. Raising a youngster can be great fun and very rewarding, but it is time-consuming and takes energy and commitment., so please be very sure your present commitments will accommodate the needs of your potential new companion.
