EVE

£0.00

Please read our Homing Criteria BEFORE applying for any of our Cats.

BREED: Domestic Short Hair
SEX: Intersex!!
AGE: Aprox. 3-4 Years (stray)

Eve was brought to us after being found as a stray and taken to a vet to be cared for. She was skinny and had an abscess on her face and fleas - all of which were treated.

Nobody came forward for her, she sadly was not microchipped. So the vets cared for her until she could come to DBARC.

Once here it was noticed that she was an intersex cat, so had both male and female genitalia which is most unusual!!

This is a summary our vets have done for us which explains a little more:-

'Eve - presented with external genitalia consistent with both male and female suggesting intersex. We performed a neutering surgery and removed reproductive tissue which was sent to the lab for analysis and was consistent with ovaries. Since the neutering the male genitalia has reduced. We don’t expect there to be any further concerns or complications going forward. Eve shows more female anatomical characteristics'

Eve has no idea what all the fuss is about and during her procedures has remained a very sweet cat! She's now ready to find herself a loving home of her own.

She is fully vaccinated now and microchipped so is ready to leave us.
